1 由贵方寄出的照片，电池损坏已经是结果。导致问题的原因根据现场工程师所提供的信息，怀疑为连接片过热导致。而Rishad告诉我们的信息表示当负载小于40安培时，连接片温度正常；当负载大于40、60、80甚至以上，连接片会非常热。可能因此导致电池端子导热而使塑料外壳熔化而变形，从而引起硫酸渗出。此套设备总共为两组48V300AH电池并联，且有两套设备（4组电池）。而另外一个地方电池组，Rishad表示是正常的。所以可能为有问题的地方是否有电流过大的现象。 According to the photo you sent us, we got the result that batteries were damaged. The engineer investigated on the site and found that the contact plants were too hot so as to lead to this problem. However, Rishad told me when the load was less than 40An, the temperature of contact plants were ok; while, it became more than 40, 60, 80 even larger, the temperature was very high. The possible reason was the terminal became hot and then made the plastic melt or distorted, consequently, the acid was leak. This set had two groups 48v300ah parallel connection, and had two sets(four groups battery). Another group battery in other site was good, so we doubted if the large current led to this problem. 2 CSB的解决对策为：为避免类似的情况发生，现有的四组电池更换为厚一点的连接片（截面积变大）。如此将克服负载过大而导致的连接片发热问题. The dimension of the contact plants is the common one all over this line, so it is totally no problem to use in usual current.
